Job summary

Pluxee Türkiye seeks a strategic Business Development Product Lead with a strong product management mindset to identify growth opportunities, design scalable models, and translate partnerships into implementable product and business solutions. You will work with Partner Managers and cross-functional teams to move opportunities from idea to launch.

The role reports to the Head of Product and requires 8+ years in BD, product, or strategy roles, with strong English and data-driven decision-making

Qualifications

• Min. 8 years of professional experience in business development, product management, strategy, growth, or adjacent roles.
• Experience in partnership management, ecosystem development, fintech, digital platforms, insurtech, or technology-driven environments is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in English to operate in a multinational environment.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making capability.
• Strong business acumen with ability to develop models, growth strategies, and opportunities.
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with ownership mentality.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth areas, and partnership models aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and manage commercial and strategic relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
• Design end-to-end partnership and business models with customer journeys, processes, flows, and ecosystems.
• Assess integration of new models into existing systems by working with Product, Tech, Operations and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for product and tech teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, Technology, and Operations on new initiatives.
