Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and industry dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through targeted business development initiatives and sales strategies.
• Design and deliver tailored logistics solutions that address customer requirements and create business value.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, business partners, and strategic stakeholders.
• Lead the management and closure of large-scale business opportunities with winning strategies.
• Oversee business development projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and outcomes.
• Monitor performance, evaluate results, and implement continuous improvement actions to maximize growth.
• Strengthen DHL Express Turkey’s market position by driving sustainable growth and owning opportunities end-to-end.
• Own acquisition of new strategic accounts by engaging key decision-makers and securing high-value opportunities aligned with growth ambitions
