Job summary

Pluxee Turkey, formerly Sodexo Benefits, is seeking a seasoned Partnership Manager to lead business development and strategic alliances in a multinational setting. You will identify opportunities, shape partner models, and drive collaborations across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to deliver value for 500,000+ customers and 36 million employees across 31 countries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, growth areas, and partnership models aligned with company strategy.
• Develop and manage commercial and strategic relationships with potential partners and ecosystem players.
• Design end-to-end partnership and business models by defining customer journeys, process flows, and ecosystem interactions for scalable implementations.
• Assess how new partnership models can be integrated into existing systems by working with Product, Technology, Operations and stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements and partnership models into clear functional requirements for product and tech teams.
• Build and strengthen Pluxee’s partner ecosystem through long‑term partnerships.
• Create a data‑informed approach to partner outreach and prioritization.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, Technology, and Operations to support new initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and identify future growth opportunities.
• Analyze partnership performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare business cases and top management presentations.
