Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager for a leading medical industry partner. The role covers monthly and year-end reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning, acting as a finance partner to commercial leaders and management.

You will perform financial and commercial analyses, prepare presentations, and support business reviews and budget evaluations. Strong English, Excel, and planning system proficiency are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills; ability to use planning tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage monthly and year-end financial reporting processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Provide financial insights to commercial leaders to inform decisions.
• Analyze sales trends, gross margins, promotions and profitability.
• Prepare financial presentations and reports for reviews and meetings.
• Develop ad-hoc analyses and reports per business needs.
• Oversee bonus calculations and related performance reporting.
• Partner with General Manager and FP&A Director on recommendations.
