Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience.
• Experience in financial controlling and management reporting is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Hyperion, Anaplan, or Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and financial interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with accountability.
• Strong business partnering skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and year-end financial reporting processes, ensuring accurate and timely management reports.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, including periodic revisions.
• Act as a strategic finance business partner to commercial leaders and the management team.
• Conduct financial and commercial analyses, including sales trends, gross margin performance, promotions, and profitability.
• Prepare financial presentations and analytical reports for business reviews and budget evaluations.
• Develop ad-hoc financial analyses and reports per business and corporate requirements.
• Manage bonus calculation processes and related analyses.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to leaders.
