Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking an Accounting & Tax Manager for our international business partner. The role leads IFRS/GAAP reporting, closes books, and coordinates intercompany activities in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will oversee bank reconciliations, payroll allocations, and master data, while supporting audits and tax advisors. Proficiency in SAP FI and Excel, plus strong English, are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably within an international organization.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI; knowledge of additional SAP modules is an advantage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of taxation principles is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a collaborative and proactive working approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals, provisions, and foreign currency valuations.
• Manage general ledger and intercompany reconciliations, including monthly netting processes.
• Monitor daily bank transactions, payment allocations, and payroll reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and master data.
• Prepare financial reports, supporting schedules, and ad hoc analyses.
• Collaborate with Group Accounting, Controlling, Treasury, and HR teams.
• Support internal and external audit processes and coordinate with tax advisors and auditors.
• Ensure compliance with group accounting policies and applicable local regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of accounting processes.
