Job summary

Procter & Gamble in Istanbul seeks a Commercial Sales Manager to partner with key customers, develop joint value, and drive growth across distribution, pricing, shelving, and merchandising strategies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business plans into compelling selling stories, turning insights into action.

Qualifications

• University degree in 2027 or recently graduated.
• Excellent command over both written & spoken English.
• Strengths with strategic and analytical thinking and leadership skills.
• Ability of critical thinking and problem solving.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to live in cities different than hometown.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to develop and lead join value for both companies.
• Own and lead strategic customer accounts and negotiate to drive growth.
• Translate business plans into concrete selling stories for the customer.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, Logistics, Operations to develop customer strategies.
• Turn raw data and insights into actionable plans using analytical tools.
