Arrow Electronics, through Arrow Global Components (AGC), seeks a Field Sales Representative in Istanbul to drive growth in the electronic components market. You will own key accounts, build strategic relationships, and pursue new opportunities while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role emphasizes on-site customer visits, solution selling, and collaboration with suppliers and Arrow FAE teams to maximize design wins and profitability.

Qualifications

• University degree in electronics/technical field preferred.
• +4/5 years work experience in Technical Sales or Field Sales/Account Management.
• Very good communication skills and Customer Relationship Management.
• Negotiation skills, communication & presentation skills.
• Autonomous, proactive way of working.
• Fluent in English and Turkish (written and spoken).
• Driving license

Responsabilités

• Take ownership of assigned accounts and manage relationships.
• Develop relationships and negotiate at all levels within the customer.
• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Be visible on site – frequent customer visits.
• Maximize Arrow’s market share and profitability.
• Maximize Arrow design-in profile and technical sales activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to grow the business.
• Proactively promote Arrow’s top suppliers across Arrow’s line card.
• Prioritize time on largest growth opportunities within accounts base.
• Attend regular meetings with Sales Manager to plan actions.
• Maintain records of development projects and current stages.
