Job summary

Arrow Global Components (AGC), part of Arrow Electronics, seeks a Field Sales Representative in Istanbul to drive growth in IP&E components. You will own accounts, promote Arrow line cards, and coordinate with FAEs to land new designs. Strong English and Turkish, a technical degree, and 4–5 years of field sales experience are preferred.

The role emphasizes solution selling, strategic planning, and frequent customer visits to maximize profitability and market share within the region.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of assigned accounts and develop relationships at all levels.
• Identify and develop new customers and growth opportunities.
• Be visible on site with frequent customer visits to maximize market share.
• Coordinate supplier and Field Applications Engineer support to drive new designs.
• Maintain records of development projects and their current stages.
