Job summary

Saint-Gobain Türkiye is seeking a Country Financial Controller to lead country-level financial planning, reporting and performance management. You will collaborate with senior management and business finance teams, driving continuous improvement and transformation within Finance.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, monthly closings, variance analysis and strategic financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, monthly closing and management reporting.
Fluency in English and Turkish, both written and spoken.
Experience in financial controlling, FP&A or business finance, preferably in a multinational environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Leading annual budgeting, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning across businesses.
Coordinating monthly closing and country reporting processes for timely financial information.
Consolidating and analyzing P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, margins and CAPEX.
Performing Actual vs Budget, Forecast and Prior Year analyses.
Preparing reports and dashboards for the Country CFO and senior stakeholders.
Developing financial simulations and business cases for strategic decisions.
Collaborating with FP&A teams to improve profitability and cash generation.
Driving digital transformation and standardization of Finance processes.
