Job summary

At KONE, the finance team in Türkiye seeks a seasoned Business Controlling Manager who can act as a trusted advisor to business leaders. The role focuses on financial insight, performance analysis, and decision support to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.

The candidate will partner with stakeholders, lead budgeting/forecasting processes, ensure accurate reporting, and develop actionable insights to influence strategic decisions. Strong English and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or a similar finance role.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance management.
• Experience with ERP systems, reporting and consolidation tools, and BI applications.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and act as the key finance advisor within the organization.
• Develop a deep understanding of business operations, processes, performance drivers, and key metrics.
• Evaluate industry, economic, financial, and market trends to assess short-, medium-, and long-term business performance.
• Provide actionable insights, recommendations, and conclusions that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Promote financial awareness and understanding across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with financial control models, accounting standards, reporting principles, and costing parameters.
• Monitor and validate management reporting, financial reporting, volume reporting, and KPIs.
• Analyze weekly and monthly business performance and identify variances against budget, forecast, and prior-year results.
• Prepare executive-level performance summaries and collaborate on improvement actions.
