Responsibilities

• Develop and execute compensation and benefits strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs
• Create C&B reports
• Work closely with HR partners to consolidate and validate data
• Advise and guide HR team members on C&B topics
• Assist in developing HR policies
• Prepare reports for Internal Audit
• Prepare headcount budget and follow up
