Job summary

Domino's Turkey is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Specialist who will develop and execute strategies aligned with the company's goals. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience.

This role includes overseeing employee benefits programs, creating reports, and guiding HR team members. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and SAP HR are essential. Good command of English is required.

• Work closely with HR partners to consolidate and validate data
• Advise and guide HR team members on C&B topics
• Assist in developing HR policies
• Prepare reports for Internal Audit
• Prepare headcount budget and follow up
