Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from relevant university programs.
• At least 6 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits.
• Preferably experienced in compensation practices within the manufacturing sector and multi-location organizations.
• Experienced in salary surveys, benchmarking, salary structures, and job evaluation.
• Strong knowledge of annual salary increase, incentive, and bonus processes.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Preferably experienced in SAP.
• Proficient in data analysis and reporting.
• Advanced level of English.
• For male candidates, completion or exemption from military service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company’s compensation and benefits strategy.
• Manage annual salary increase, incentive, bonus, and reward processes.
• Ensure that compensation policies are established in line with the company’s business strategy and budget targets.
• Monitor market salary surveys and benchmarking studies and analyze the results.
• Manage the development and updating of job evaluation processes, salary structures, and compensation frameworks.
• Develop compensation processes by considering internal pay equity and market competitiveness.
• Experience in personnel budgeting and workforce cost planning.
• Manage benefits processes and carry out initiatives to improve existing practices.
