Job summary

A leading fast-food chain in Turkey seeks a finance professional to manage budget and reporting processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and SAP. Qualifications

WHICH SPECIALITIES THAT MAKES YOU PUT FORWARD IN THE POSITION WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in budget and financial reporting (experience in Independent Audit Firms for at least 2 years would be an asset).
• Experience in relevant fields such as QSR, retail, or similar sectors would be an asset.
• Experience in budget and reporting processes; knowledge of IFRS reporting would be an asset.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (advanced Excel skills are essential); experience with SAP would be an asset.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, open to development, and willing to research and learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

WHAT IS DONE IN THIS POSITION?

• Managing and leading the periodic budget and forecast processes, including their development and continuous improvement.
• Preparing and analyzing P&L statements to provide actionable insights for management.
• Conducting expense and cost analysis, ensuring alignment with the budget, and managing relevant accounts accordingly.
• Preparing presentations for Executive and Board meetings, clearly communicating financial performance and projections.
• Proposing, developing, and tracking efficiency-focused projects related to budgeting and reporting to drive process improvements.
• Preparing and tracking OPEX/CAPEX reporting to ensure effective financial management.
