Adidas Türkiye seeks a Senior Specialist HR to sustain best-in-class rewards and benefits policy, oversee budgeting and accurate bonus calculations, and ensure smooth payroll management while handling union-related processes.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong Excel and data-analytic capabilities, fluent in English and Turkish, and with experience in multinational HR environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR Operations experience.
• Excellent communication in English and Turkish; strong interpersonal skills.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Rewards to align compensation strategies and initiatives.
• Calculate sales bonuses and back-office bonuses with accuracy.
• Ensure forecast accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports related to compensation; act as Finance contact.
• Coordinate union collective work agreement processes and related calculations.
• Collaborate with Global Business Services to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Design and lead Flexible Benefits projects with annual renewal.
