Job summary

Odeabank is looking for an Odealist to create value by leading HR activities in a hybrid environment. You will support the Senior Manager with compensation, benefits, and talent mapping while ensuring accurate HR data and reporting.

You will drive HR analytics, assist with budget planning and salary proposals for new hires, and collaborate cross-functionally to foster a culture of learning, inclusion, and innovation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economy, Business Administration, or similar field.
• Minimum 4 years’ HR experience, esp. compensation, benefits, HR analytics.
• Comfort working with numbers and statistics basics.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and follow-up.
• Enthusiastic, quick learner, and adaptable to change.
• Effective in teamwork and proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key support to the Senior Manager while leading HR activities.
• Support salary increases, rewards, compensation, and benefits processes.
• Develop and implement talent mapping strategies using insights.
• Support HR budget process and salary proposals for new hires.
• Ensure HR data accuracy in systems and reporting bases.
• Develop and analyze HR metrics and prepare executive reports for data-driven decisions.
• Stay up to date on processes, policies, procedures, and systems.
