• Experience working across different countries with understanding of processes, payroll and labor law differences.
• Strong ability to communicate effectively in English to leadership and employees.

Responsibilities

• Execute and administer Precision Medicine Group's international benefit plans and programs.
• Conduct benchmarking and partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to ensure market competitiveness.
• Manage all international benefit plan design benchmarking and broker relationships.
