Job summary

The role requires a 7+ year background in financial controlling, excellent English, and strong Excel/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in financial controlling or commercial finance.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI skills are an advantage.
• Strong financial and analytical skills with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and improve profitability with Sales Teams.
• Translate financial data into actionable insights and communicate the story to Sales Teams and Senior Management.
• Monitor and control trade spend budgets and evaluate investment effectiveness.
• Maintain and enhance promotional planning and profitability analyses.
• Translate the company's vision into sales plans and budgets, and monitor performance against targets.
• Track Sales Teams' KPIs, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide ongoing financial guidance and training to Sales Teams.
• Support Sales Teams in day-to-day commercial decisions by assessing financial implications.
• Coordinate annual business planning and budgeting with Finance and Sales Teams.
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to support business decisions.
