Job summary

Confidential is seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing and procurement activities across Türkiye and international markets. You will lead supplier evaluations, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Logistics, Finance and Sales to optimize cost and performance.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of procurement experience, a Bachelor's degree (engineering preferred), familiarity with Incoterms, and ERP SAP MM. English is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Engineering preferred).
• 3-6 years of procurement experience.
• Experience in international procurement and sourcing is preferred.
• Knowledge of international procurement procedures and Incoterms.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience with suppliers across Europe, Asia and the MENA region is preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP MM knowledge is preferred.
• Good command of English is required.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a dynamic business environment.
