You will translate customer needs into concrete opportunities and work with engineering and product teams to address quotations and requests. The role requires extensive travel, strong communication, and a deep understanding of defense systems and operations, with fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 8+ years in business development, technical sales, marketing, or related fields in defense or similar technical sectors.
• Experience with medium-caliber systems, RCWS, and platform integration desired.
• Knowledge of weapon turrets, RCWS, sensors, and system integration beneficial.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research in medium-caliber systems and integration sectors.
• Develop customer and partnership opportunities through domestic and international visits and meetings.
• Translate customer needs into business opportunities and coordinate with departments on quotations and requests.
• Analyze customer requirements for product configuration and integration, and communicate to engineering teams.
• Support business development activities for turret systems, RCWS, and related platforms.
• Coordinate events, prepare marketing content, and oversee publications and external services.
