Job summary

Randstad Türkiye is seeking a Senior Industry Technology Specialist (HHC, ME) to join our regional team. You will lead technical initiatives, support sales with techno-commercial insights, and drive product launches across the region.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, 6–7 years in HHC, fluent English, and willingness to travel regionally (about twice per month). This position offers a dynamic, global environment with collaboration across R&D networks.

Qualifications

• University degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in the HHC industry.
• Proven track record in technical application, formulation development, or laboratory operations.
• Strong techno-commercial mindset translating complex concepts into customer value.
• Experience launching products and managing projects in a global matrix organization.
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; willing to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Stay abreast of industry technical developments, generating ideas, papers, and patents for optimization.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues for customers while maximizing value.
• Initiate and coordinate regional technical activities with internal teams, customers, and partners.
• Act as a techno-commercial sparring partner to sales, developing proofs-of-concepts for pitches.
• Own technical formulations, portfolio innovations, and market launches from concept to post-launch.
• Conduct and supervise lab work, managing external testing aligned with project goals.
• Represent the organization in technical customer meetings and collaborate with global R&D networks.
