Job summary

Asis Elektronik ve Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. seeks a Sr. Quality and Process Development for a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The role focuses on quality management, process improvement, ISO implementation, ITIL, and alignment with SDLC and Agile practices. You will drive internal audits, create policies for ISO standards, and promote quality awareness across the organization, applying best practices in IT service and software development processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, MIS or related field.
• 5 years relevant experience in a 'Quality and Process Improvement' role.
• Experience with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 20000, 27001 implementations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, Service Management Systems, Agile, SDLC.
• Experience in quality processes and software development processes.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.
• Create policies, procedures, instructions and processes for ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 20000 and 27001 implementation studies.
• Conduct internal audits and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Analyze IT processes and identify deficiencies for improvement.
• Maintain continuity of quality documents and awareness within the company.

• To create the necessary policies, procedures, instructions and processes for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Taking an active role in raising awareness about ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 standards within the company.
• Conducting quality planning studies for standards.
• Conducting internal audits and taking necessary corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyzing IT processes, identifying deficiencies and improvement points and restructuring them accordingly.
• To ensure continuity of quality documents.
