Our multinational business partner which operates in powder metallurgy is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer.

• Implements and contributes all necessary studies to ensure management systems based on customer satisfaction, IATF 16949
• Coaches, guides and supports employees in order to achieve the company, department and personal goals
• Manages analysis, oversight and control activities of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements
• Constantly follows and stays up to date with national and international standards, customer specifications, and requirements for full compliance
• Manages customer complaints and relevant procedures
• Manages his team of blue collar personnel in the company
• Ensures the implementation of all necessary activities and controls to prevent quality errors
• Works in harmony with cross functional organizations within the scope of project management

İş Gereklilikleri

• Having bachelor’s degree from the related departments of the universities especially Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Materials Science & Metallurgy Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Engineer (both control & assurance) in automotive industry as Tier1 or Tier2
• Excellent command of English (currently active verbal and written English)
• Experienced in IATF 16949 management system and applications
• Knowledge in Automotive Core Tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, APQP etc)
• Knowledge in Problem Solving Tools (8D, A3, 5 Why, Fishbone, etc)
• Experienced in Risk management
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
