Job summary

Assan Panel seeks a Management Systems Specialist to oversee ISO 9001, 23301, 31000 and 27001 implementation across Tuzla facilities. You will support QDMS usage, manage audits, CAPAs, and documentation, and coordinate risk analyses, business continuity plans, and CBAM-related activities.

The role requires 1–5 years in quality management, ISO experience, analytical thinking, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in quality management systems, auditing, or certification within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000 and ISO 27001 standards.
• ISO 19011 Internal Auditor certification.
• Experience in domestic and international product certification processes (CE, FM, LPCB, UKCA).
• Proficient in Quality Documentation incl. Document Management, CAPA, Change Management, Audit Management, etc.
• Able to use QDMS at system administrator level.
• Experience in business impact analysis and business continuity planning.
• Basic knowledge of CBAM, SAP and EBA.
• Strong MS Office skills and English proficiency.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ISO 9001, ISO 23301, ISO 31000, and ISO 27001 across facilities and departments.
• Support QDMS infrastructure, user definitions, authorizations, and error requests.
• Follow up CAPAs and assist departments to close actions effectively.
• Monitor documents in QDMS and report review statuses.
• Ensure process objectives are defined and evaluated periodically.
• Coordinate external audits and drive closure of findings.
• Perform Business Continuity analyses and prepare plans and exercises.
• Lead process-based risk analyses and report key risks.
• Maintain Information Security asset inventory and annual risk reviews.
• Support domestic and international product certifications (CE, FM, LPCB, UKCA).
• Promote awareness of management systems and CBAM activities.

We are looking for a “Management Systems Specialist” to be based at our Tuzla location.

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• 1–5 years of experience in quality management systems, auditing, process management, or certification within the manufacturing sector,
• Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000, and ISO 27001 standards,
• ISO 19011-based Internal Auditor certification,
• Experience in domestic and international product certification processes (CE, FM, LPCB, UKCA, etc.),
• Proficient in Quality Documentation; including Document Management, Corrective Action Management, Action Management, Audit Management, Change Management, Equipment Management, Internal Customer Complaints, External Customer Complaints, etc.,
• Able to use QDMS at system administrator level,
• Experience in business impact analysis, business continuity plans, and exercise management,
• Able to conduct process-based risk analysis,
• Basic knowledge of CBAM,
• Basic level of knowledge of SAP and EBA,
• Advanced level of proficiency in MS Office applications,
• Good command of English,
• Strong analytical thinking, data analysis, reporting, and problem-solving skills,
• Strong planning and follow-up skills, as well as effective communication and coordination skills across different functions,
• Team-oriented and results-focused.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure the effective implementation and continuity of ISO 9001, ISO 23301, ISO 31000, and ISO 27001 management systems across all company facilities and departments,
• Provide support to users regarding the infrastructure preparation, user definitions, authorization settings, and error requests of QDMS, which serves various system-related purposes such as Document Management System, Internal Audit, Customer Complaints, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), Actions, etc.,
• Follow up on CAPAs and provide the necessary support to relevant departments to ensure their effective closure,
• Monitor documents in QDMS according to their review periods and report them to the relevant parties,
• Ensure that process owners define their process objectives and complete interim evaluations and year-end evaluation processes,
• Ensure the necessary organization and communication during external audits, and plan and follow up on the necessary actions to ensure the effective closure of findings,
• Within the scope of Business Continuity, ensure that Business Impact Analyses are conducted for processes, Business Continuity Plans are prepared, annual exercise plans are prepared together with the relevant processes and followed up and reported, and business interruption incidents are monitored and reported,
• Ensure that process-based risk analyses are reviewed/revised annually by process owners, obtain key risk indicator results related to risks from process owners, and report them,
• Ensure that the Information Security asset inventory and risk analyses are reviewed and updated annually,
• Support domestic and international product certification processes (CE, FM, LPCB, UKCA, etc.),
• Carry out or organize activities to ensure and improve awareness of management systems within the company,
• Support the necessary activities within the scope of CBAM (obtaining CBAM reports from suppliers, monitoring energy consumption data, etc.).
