Job summary

DeFacto seeks an experienced project management professional to lead high-visibility programs across multiple workstreams. You will define goals, build detailed plans, and track milestones while aligning outcomes with the company’s strategic North Star.

You will drive GenAI-enabled transformation, foster a culture of problem-solving, and guide Change Management to ensure smooth adoption of new processes. Excellent English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master’s degree preferably in engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in project management.
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2 etc.) is a plus.
• Having a good command of problem-solving techniques is preferred.
• Experienced in all project management methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
• Proactively following developments in Generative AI (GenAI) technologies; capable of integrating tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini into workflows to develop productivity-enhancing methods within project management methodologies.
• Knowledge of or experience in OKR (Objectives and Key Results) methodology; proficient in aligning strategic goals with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end management of high-visibility strategic programs and multiple workstreams while providing strategic advisory to project sponsors.
• Defining project goals, developing comprehensive project plans, and ensuring meticulous tracking of performance and milestones.
• Owning the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) processes to synchronize project outcomes with company-wide strategic goals and the "North Star" vision.
• Driving digital transformation by integrating Generative AI (GenAI) tools into workflows and project management methodologies to maximize operational efficiency.
• Designing and fostering a problem-solving culture across all departments through coaching, training, and A3/Lean Management mentoring.
• Implementing Change Management strategies to ensure the seamless adoption of new processes and AI-driven transitions within the organization.
• Developing advanced dashboards and utilizing data analytics to support executive decision-making and provide transparent traceability.
