Job summary

Digiturk is looking for a senior broadcaster to lead large-scale sports productions and build engaging programming for Turkish and international audiences. You will oversee content planning, rights-aligned broadcasts, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver top-tier sports entertainment.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of experience, exceptional English, and strong leadership with a strategic mindset for audience engagement and program quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in broadcasting or sports content production.
• Proven success in managing large-scale sports productions and teams.
• Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Deep knowledge of the local and international sports media landscape.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management capabilities.
• High creativity and strong storytelling instincts.
• Budget management experience and operational awareness.

Responsibilities

• Increase audience involvement through strategic and compelling program planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate broadcasting of content aligned with acquired content rights.
• Develop and produce sports programs focused on leagues and competitions assigned by the relevant executives.
• Strong understanding of linear programming logic, prime time strategy, and audience behavior
• Guarantee the highest standards in broadcast quality and viewer experience.
• Oversee program planning and execution for Turkish Super League, TFF 1.Lig and other competitions from all around the world in accordance with editorial and broadcasting standards.
• Coordinate closely with digital teams to share relevant news, updates, and promotional content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, entertainment, compliance, and production teams to deliver best-in-class programming.
