Job summary

Digiturk is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations for in-house and outsourced unscripted entertainment projects. You will coordinate development through delivery, collaborating with producers, directors, talent, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely, on-budget execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production process for in-house and outsourced unscripted projects across all stages.
• Coordinate production activities from development through filming, post-production, delivery, and launch.
• Collaborate with production companies, producers, directors, talent and creative teams for effective execution.
• Support evaluation and development of new content concepts and formats (lifestyle, cooking, documentary, talk shows).
• Assist in managing production agreements, schedules, budgets, deliverables and contracts with external partners.
• Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables; identify risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to stay within approved parameters.
• Coordinate with Programming, Acquisitions, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure delivery.
• Ensure all materials meet technical, editorial, and quality standards; maintain documentation.

IDEAL PROFILE

• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communication, Film or a related field is required,
• 9 years of experience in production management is required, preferably in TV or digital content environments. Minimum 2 years in a team management,
• Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Experience managing or coordinating unscripted entertainment productions,
• Strong understanding of production workflows, including development, pre-production, production, post-production, and delivery processes,
• Experience working with production companies, producers, creative teams, and external production partners,
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions and competing priorities,
• Understanding of production budgeting, scheduling, resource planning, and cost tracking,
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through,
• Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, operational and corporate stakeholders,
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage changing priorities,
• Knowledge of local television and entertainment production landscape.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• Manage the day-to-day production process for in-house and outsourced unscripted entertainment projects across all stages of production,
• Coordinate production activities from development and pre-production through filming, post-production, delivery, and launch,
• Work closely with production companies, producers, directors, talent, and creative teams to ensure effective project execution,
• Support the evaluation and development of new content concepts, formats (lifestyle, cooking, documentary, talk shows) and production proposals,
• Assist in managing production agreements, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and contractual obligations with external production partners,
• Monitor production timelines, milestones, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and escalating issues when required,
• Track production budgets, expenses, and resource allocation to ensure projects remain within approved financial parameters,
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Programming, Acquisitions, Marketing, Sales, Digital, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to support successful content delivery,
• Ensure all production materials, assets, and deliverables meet required technical, editorial, and quality standards,
• Maintain accurate production documentation, including schedules, status reports, budgets, rights information, and delivery records,
• Support implementation of production workflows, processes, and best practices across local productions,
• Assist with post-production coordination, including review processes, approvals, and final delivery requirements,
• Manage production reporting, including project updates, budget tracking, risk assessments, and performance summaries,
• Support compliance with company policies, legal requirements, local regulations and production guidelines,
• Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, workflows, and collaboration with internal and external teams.
