Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Turkey/EMEA to be the technical face for enterprise partners, bridging product and business discussions. You will support and expand our enterprise base in the region, with fluent Turkish interactions and strong API knowledge.

You will lead API integration, collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering, and create Turkish-language collateral while staying aligned with regional regulatory requirements. Some travel within Turkey/EMEA is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise / B2B customers in a technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role (3+ years).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and integration workflows; hands-on experience with APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
• Native or business-level Turkish, with excellent customer communication skills for partner, vendor, and regulator communication.
• Business-level English for collaborating with global teams; drive clarity on goals and gather feedback.
• Able to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms and work as a self-starter in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers in Turkey/EMEA.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales discussions, solution design, and API consultations.
• Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, and onboarding.
• Translate Turkish requirements into clear specs for Alpaca's global engineering team.
• Serve as the product and technical SME to diverse audiences and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with local compliance and operations on product requirements.
• Own end-to-end Solutions engagements: discovery, validation, RFPs, and security questionnaires; lead demos.
• Create Turkish collateral and documentation for new features.
• Coordinate in Turkish with regulators, vendors, and partners; relay requirements to global teams.
• Travel within Turkey/EMEA as needed; stay updated on product timelines.
