Job summary

Fineksus is seeking an Expert Technical Analyst to join our R&D team in a hybrid role based in Istanbul's Fatih district. You will perform end-to-end business and technical analysis for Financial Messaging projects, translating requirements into clear specs and bridging business and tech teams.

You will design integration scenarios (REST, SOAP, MQ), handle message orchestration and reconciliation, support UAT, and help continuously improve systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer/Software/Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of business or technical analysis experience.
• Familiarity with UML/BPMN, use cases, and sequence diagrams.
• Strong documentation skills for clear functional/technical specs.
• Experience with AI-based analysis and test scenario generation.
• Understanding of Financial Messaging is preferred.
• Experience with web services and database integrations.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end business and technical analysis for Financial Messaging projects.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specs.
• Bridge between business units, customers, and technical teams.
• Design integration scenarios using REST, SOAP, MQ, and databases.
• Work on message orchestration, archiving, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Assess impact of changes across systems and modules.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigations.
• Support test planning and participate in UAT.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation standards.
• Provide guidance to junior analysts and leverage AI tools to improve output.
