Job summary

Alpaca invites a Solutions Engineer for Turkey/EMEA to be the technical expert for enterprise partners, bridging customer conversations with engineering. The role emphasizes API knowledge, API integration, and Turkish-language collaboration within a global team.

You will support enterprise customers, drive pre-sales discussions, and guide API integrations while staying aligned with local regulators and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise / B2B customers in a technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering role (3+ years)
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows; hands-on experience with APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON
• Native or business-level Turkish; excellent customer communication and Turkish business culture understanding
• Business-level English for collaborating with global teams; ability to translate complex concepts into simple terms
• Self-starter in a startup environment, able to juggle multiple assignments and drive projects to completion

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers in Turkey / EMEA
• Partner with Sales and Solutions on pre-sales technical discussions, design, and API consultations
• Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, and onboarding
• Translate Turkish requirements into clear specifications for global engineering
• Serve as SME for Alpaca platform to diverse audiences and stakeholders
• Collaborate with local compliance and operations on product requirements
• Own end-to-end Solutions engagements: discovery, validation, RFPs, security questionnaires; lead demos
• Create Turkish-language collateral and documentation for new features
• Coordinate with regulators, vendors and partners in Turkish and relay needs to global teams
• Support customer adoption of Alpaca platform while maintaining high-quality support
• Stay updated on product timelines and test new features with the product team
