Job summary

Alpaca is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Turkey/EMEA to serve as the technical lead for enterprise partners. You will bridge product and business conversations, support API integrations, and help expand our enterprise footprint across the region.

You will collaborate with global teams, translate Turkish requirements into engineering specs, and drive technical demos, RFPs, and security reviews. Remote role with travel within EMEA as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering for enterprise/B2B customers.
• Strong API knowledge and integration experience across REST, SDKs, WebSockets, and related tools.
• Native or business Turkish; fluent English for global collaboration.
• Ability to translate complex tech concepts into clear requirements.
• Self-starter with startup mindset and strong multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and relationship management for Turkey/EMEA customers.
• Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales discussions and API use cases.
• Guide onboarding and API integration for new enterprise clients.
• Translate Turkish requirements into actionable specs for product/engineering.
• Lead end-to-end engagement including discovery, RFPs, and security questionnaires.
• Develop Turkish collateral and documentation for features.
• Coordinate with regulators, vendors, and partners in Turkish contexts.
• Travel within Turkey/EMEA as needed to support customers.
