Job summary

TrendAI, the global AI security leader and enterprise unit of Trend Micro, seeks a Solutions Engineer in Turkey. You will serve as the technical bridge between Sales and pre‑sales customers, guiding deployments of TrendAI Next‑Gen security solutions and shaping customer security strategy.

You will own technical demonstrations, run workshops and PoCs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support to deliver secure, scalable outcomes for enterprise customers across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cybersecurity, security engineering, solutions engineering, consulting or pre-sales in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience in customer-facing solution design, demonstrations, workshops and PoCs/PoVs.
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity and security architecture.
• Knowledge of Cloud Security, Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, XDR, SIEM/SOAR, EDR/NDR, IAM/Identity Security and CNAPP.
• Experience with AWS and Azure; knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Google Cloud is a plus.
• Strong networking, APIs, integrations and cloud-native tech understanding.
• Awareness of AI/GenAI security and emerging threats.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, MITRE ATT&CK, ISO 27001 and OWASP; NIS2 awareness is a bonus.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling for technical and executive audiences.
• Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, and adaptable to rapid tech changes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted technical advisor through the customer journey from discovery to onboarding and success.
• Design practical, scalable security solutions addressing business and technical needs.
• Collaborate with Sales as a technical pillar to communicate security value and win opportunities.
• Lead workshops, PoCs/PoVs, and customer evaluations.
• Build and enable channel partners to position TrendAI solutions effectively.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering and Support to ensure strong product knowledge and outcomes.
