Job summary

Super Micro Computer is seeking a Sr. Technology Enablement Manager in Türkiye to lead AI/ML initiatives, GPU acceleration, and enterprise IT solutions for Turkish clients.

The role requires translating business and technical needs from Turkish enterprises, public sector, and service providers into optimized solutions. You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and local partners to deliver AI computing solutions, lead trainings, and guide RFIs/RFPs within Türkiye.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience in computer hardware technology.
• Minimum 5+ years system technology experience, Turkish regional market preferred.
• Fluency in Turkish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Supermicro AI solutions and products to customers on site in Türkiye, through remote webinars, and at local/regional events & tradeshows.
• Become a thought leader on Supermicro AI/ML and Deep Learning solutions tailored to Turkish market needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Management, Operations, and local partners to provide and support AI/ML and Deep Learning computing solutions.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise on GPUs, Enterprise AI, AI in cloud, hybrid-cloud computing, and on-prem environments using state-of-the-art technologies; act as a trusted advisor to influential decision makers in Turkish organizations.
• Deliver product trainings to internal teams, sales teams, channel partners, and customers in Türkiye.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design data-center AI solution proposals that influence and win enterprise and public-sector decisions on RFIs and RFPs in the Turkish market.
• Assist sales and help approve customer configurations suited to local requirements, infrastructure, and regulations.
• Travel within Türkiye (and occasionally regionally) to meet customers and support opportunity development.
