Job summary

YEO in Türkiye seeks a Technical and Commercial Manager, Solar to lead sales, bidding, and project development for solar power projects. You will coordinate with Sales, Business Development and EPC teams to drive profitable project execution across Self-consumption, Solar + BESS, and Hybrid configurations.

The ideal candidate holds an electrical/industrial engineering degree with 10–12 years in solar sales, strong negotiation skills, and fluency in Turkish and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 10–12 years of sales experience in Solar Power Plant ecosystem preferred.
• Experience with local and international customers and investments.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities; customer oriented.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales, Business Development and Bidding for Solar Power Plant projects (EPC, Project Development+EPC).
• Develop and implement local marketing concepts for Solar Business Unit.
• Analyze customers and market trends to identify new opportunities and sales strategies.
• Support proposals, negotiations, and order generation; maintain strong customer relationships.
