Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Electrical-Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in proposal/tender preparation for substation, solar, BESS, or construction/EPC projects.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Result-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal and solution-oriented skills.
• Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost analyses and cost estimations for solar, BESS, substation, and construction/EPC projects, benchmarking against comparable past projects.
• Prepare project drawings and technical layouts supporting proposals.
• Review inputs from business developers and provide project-related information and reports.
• Share proposal and cost reports with management.
• Track industry innovations and emerging trends in solar, BESS, and construction/EPC.
• Deliver assigned tasks on time, optimizing for labor, time, and material efficiency.
