Job summary

Yapı Kredi Technology, yazılım geliştirme liderliği konusunda deneyimli bir Kıdemli Yazılım Yöneticisi arıyor. Aday, yazılım yaşam döngüsünün her aşamasında tecrülük sahibi olacak ve Agile ekipleri yönetecek.

Bu rol Koç Topluluğu bünyesinde kariyer gelişimi ve teknik mükemmeliyet odaklı bir çalışma ortamı sunar. Java, Spring Boot ve Spring Cloud konularında güçlü yetkinlik beklenir.

Qualifications

• Yazılım geliştirme yaşam döngüsü konusunda derin bilgi
• Geri bildirim ve koçluk odaklı liderlik yeteneği
• Agile proje yönetimi deneyimi ve takım koordinasyonu
• Uygun iletişim becerileri ve analitik düşünce yeteneği

Responsibilities

• Takımın iş planlarını ve hedeflerini belirlemek
• Projelerin çıktılarını izlemek ve planlara uygun ilerlemek
• Projeleri ve epikler için iş planlarını güncellemek
• Mevcut iş akışlarını analiz etmek ve iyileştirmek
• Mühendisleri doğru teknik çözümler, kodlama yaklaşımları ve araçlar konusunda yönlendirmek
• Scrum ve Agile uygulamalarının takım genelinde uygulanmasını sağlamak
• İşe alım, oryantasyon, gelişim ve performans koçluğu gibi insan kaynakları görevlerini yürütmek
• Şirketin değerleri, misyonu ve mühendislik önceliklerine uygun çalışmayı teşvik etmek
• Engelleri aşmak ve ortak başarılara ulaşmak için ekiplerle iş birliği yapmak
• Scrum ekibi üyelerinin kişisel gelişim planlamasını yürütmek ve performanslarını değerlendirmek

Job Description:

• Support and mentor team members through knowledge sharing and balanced workload distribution.
• Prioritize, monitor, and manage project outcomes with a focus on detailed planning and sound decision-making.
• Review and adjust project and epic work plans to meet evolving needs and requirements.
• Analyze and enhance existing workflows and processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
• Guide engineers in selecting the right technical solutions, coding techniques, and tools.
• Ensure consistent application of Scrum and Agile development practices across the team.
• Oversee key people management tasks, including hiring, onboarding, professional development, and performance coaching.
• Help ensure that teams understand the company's values, mission, goals, and engineering priorities, aligning their work with broader organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with peers to overcome challenges and drive collective success.
• Lead personal development planning for Scrum team members and evaluate their performance regularly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the software development industry with an expectation of 3 years of team management experience
• Strong expertise and deep knowledge of the software development life cycle and industry best practices.
• Excellent listening and coaching abilities with a focus on influencing and guiding teams effectively.
• Hands-on experience in agile project management, team communication, coordination, and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Highly motivated, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving success.
• Open-minded with a proactive approach to researching and learning new technologies in the field.li>
• Problem-solving and conflict management skills, capable of addressing complex business challenges.
• Passionate about delivering innovative, high-performance software products and solutions.
• Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.
