Yapı Kredi Teknoloji, finans sektörüne yönelik inovatif yazılım çözümleri üreten bir teknoloji şirketidir. İş analisti olarak, dijital ürünlerin ihtiyaçlarını analiz eder, iş süreçlerini tasarlar ve çeşitli paydaşlarla birlikte çalışarak değer yaratır.

Analiz, test ve kabul süreçlerini yürütür; takım içinde iletişimi güçlendirir, proje kapsamını yönetir ve yenilikçi çözümlerle kaliteyi artırır. Istanbul ofisi hibrit çalışma modelini destekler.

Qualifications

• Dijital ürünlerin ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek iş analisti olarak sorumluluk almak
• İş birimleriyle talebe uygun çalışmak
• İş süreçlerini tasarlamak, fonksiyonel ve teknik analizler yapmak
• Test senaryolarını hazırlamak ve entegrasyon/yarıregresyon testlerini yürütmek
• Kullanıcı kabul testlerini koordine etmek
• Mevcut sistemleri sürdürmek, sorunları analiz etmek ve çözüm üretmek
• Geliştiriciler, iş birimleri ve yöneticilerle yakın çalışmak
• Projenin kapsamını yönetmek ve değişikliklerin etkilerini değerlendirmek
• İyileştirme alanlarını keşfederek katma değer üretmek

Responsibilities

• Dijital ürünlerin ihtiyaçlarını analiz ederek iş akışını tasarlamak
• İş birimleriyle iş gereksinimlerini karşılayacak şekilde çalışmak
• Test senaryoları hazırlamak ve entegrasyon/fonksiyon/yarıl testlerini yürütmek
• Kullanıcı kabul testlerini koordine etmek
• Mevcut sistemleri sürdürmek ve problemleri çözmek
• Geliştiriciler, yöneticiler ve müşteriyle yakından çalışmak
• Proje kapsamını yönetmek ve değişiklik etkilerini ele almak
• İyileştirme fırsatlarını keşfederek değer katmak

Job Description:

• Taking the responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by analyzing the needs of the digital products,
• Working with business units in line with business demands,
• Designing business processes, performing functional and technical analyses,
• Preparing test scenarios and running integration, functional, regression tests to eliminate defects,
• Coordinating the user acceptance tests,
• Maintaining existing systems and products, analyzing and solving problems,
• Working closely with clients, developers and managerial staff,
• Managing the project's scope, handling new changes and their effects,
• Adding value to the organization by discovering new fields of improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree on Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or related fields,
• Preferably with 3-4 years of experience in payment systems,
• Ability of analytic thinking and problem solving,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Good follower of new trends and approaches, willing to learn,
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles,
• Solution-focused and a team player,
• Passion for quality and continuous improvement,
• Ability to detect problems and develop required solutions,
• Excellent planning and time management skills, comply with deadlines,
• Excellent command of MS Office applications and SQL,
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English,
• Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior analysts,
• Agile oriented; focused on delivery and customer first. Having advance knowledge of Scrum and Jira as Product Owner/Scrum Master is plus,
• Preferably have knowledge of monitoring applications (Kibana, Grafana, Dynatrace), reporting applications (Power BI).
