Qualifications

• Bilgisayar Mühendisliği veya ilgili STEM bölümü mezunu ve en az 3 yıl yazılım deneyimi.
• Java geliştirme ve Microservices mimarisi konusunda güçlü deneyim.
• Oracle Veritabanı ve PL/SQL geliştirme bilgisi.
• Kurumsal yazılım mimarisi, API tasarımı ve sistem entegrasyonu konusunda sağlam anlayış.
• Hızlı tempolu finans/kapalı piyasalar ortamında çalışma yeteneği.
• İngilizce okuma yazma iyi.

Responsibilities

• Java tabanlı mikroservisler ve kurumsal arka uç uygulamaları tasarlayın, geliştirin ve bakımını yapın.
• Oracle PL/SQL prosedürleri, paketler ve tetikleyicileri geliştirin ve karmaşık SQL sorguları yazın.
• Kapasite piyasaları ve aracı kurum uygulamalarının modernizasyonuna katkı sağlayın.
• İş birimleriyle iletişim kurarak güvenilir ölçeklenebilir çözümler sunun.
• İş gereksinimlerini teknik çözümlere dönüştürün.
• Sistem entegrasyonu, performans optimizasyonu ve üretim desteklerinde yer alın.
• Geleneksel monolitik uygulamaların modern mikroservislere geçişine katkı sağlayın.

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong expertise in Java, Microservices, Oracle PL/SQL and capital markets technologies to join our technology team.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from STEM departments (Computer Engineering is preferred),
• Minimum 3 years of software experience,
• Strong professional experience in Java development.
• Hands‑on experience with Microservices architecture and related design patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
• Solid understanding of enterprise software architecture, API design and system integration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced capital markets / financial technology environment.
• Previous experience in a brokerage firm, investment company, bank or financial technology company.
• Experience with Oracle Forms development and/or maintenance.
• Experience integrating legacy Oracle applications with modern Java/Microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with trading, order management, risk management or portfolio management systems.
• Experience working with high‑volume, low‑latency or mission‑critical financial applications.
• Good command of reading and writing English.

Candidates should have a strong understanding of derivatives and financial markets, particularly:

• VIOP (Borsa İstanbul Futures and Options Market)
• FX / Foreign Exchange markets
• International equities
• International futures and derivatives markets
• Futures, options and related derivative instruments
• Trading lifecycle, order management and market data concepts
• Basic understanding of brokerage and trading systems

Job Description:

• Design, develop and maintain Java-based Microservices and enterprise‑grade backend applications.
• Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, functions, triggers and complex SQL queries.
• Contribute to the development and modernization of capital markets and brokerage applications.
• Work closely with business, trading, operations and technology teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into high‑quality technical solutions.
• Participate in system integration, performance optimization, troubleshooting and production support.
• Contribute to the modernization of legacy applications and migration towards modern microservices architectures.
