Job summary

Yapı Kredi Technology, Finans sektörüne yönelik ses, görüntü ve işbirliği ağları çözümlerini destekleyecek deneyimli bir Uzman arıyor. Banka ve bağlı birimlerin altyapısını güçlendirecek; projelerin tasarım, kurulum ve entegrasyon süreçlerinde aktif rol alacak.

İngilizce akıcı, en az 3 yıl deneyimli, CCNP/CCIE gibi sertifikalar tercihe bağlıdır. Hybrid çalışma modeli mevcut olup Koç Topluluğu ailesinin bürolarında görev alacaksınız.

Qualifications

• Elektronik, Telekomünikasyon veya Bilgisayar Mühendisliği fakültelerinden lisans derecesi.
• İngilizce sözlü ve yazılı akıcılık.
• Takım çalışmalarına yatkın, güçlü problem çözme becerisi ve kendini geliştirmeye bağlılık.
• Ses & Video, Unified Communications ve İşbirliği Ağ çözümlerinde en az 3 yıl deneyim (Cisco UCCE, IMP, CUCM, GW, CUBE, Cisco Webex, CMS, SIP, Expressway vb.).
• MsTeams, Grafana, NICE Voice Recording, Genesys GVP, Oracle ESR, Audiocodes altyapıları hakkında bilgi.
• İlgili firmalardan teknik eğitim sertifikaları tercih edilir (CCNP/CCIE Collaboration vb.).
• Yazılım geliştirme ve/veya otomasyon/raporlama uygulamaları için scripting deneyimi tercih edilir (Python, Java vb.).

Responsibilities

• Bankanın ve bağlı şirketlerin Bilgi Teknolojileri, Ses & Video ve İşbirliği Ağ altyapılarına destek sağlamak.
• Projelerin planlanması, tasarımı ve kurulum çalışmalarında aktif rol almak.
• İşbirliği ve Ses altyapı teknolojilerindeki gelişmeleri izlemek ve ihtiyaçlar doğrultusunda projelere uygulamak.
• Tedarikçilerle birlikte problem çözme, performans ve kapasite yönetimi aktivitelerine katılmak.
• SLA ve müşteri yaşam döngüsü başarılarını izlemek.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from preferably, Electronic,Telecommunication or Computer Engineering faculties.
• Fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Prone to teamwork, having strong problem-solving skills, and committed to self improvement.
• At least 3 years of work experience in Voice & Video, Unified Communication and Collaborations Network solutions ( Cisco UCCE, IMP, CUCM, GW, CUBE, Cisco Webex, CMS, SIP, Expressway etc).
• Knowledge on MsTeams, Grafana, NICE Voice Recording, Genesys GVP, Oracle ESR, Audiocodes infrastructures.
• Having technical training certificates from relevant companies is preferred. (CCNP/CCIE Collaboration etc.)
• Having expreience on software development and/or scripting for automation/reporting applications is preferred. (Python, Java etc)

Job Description:

• Providing support to the solutions used in the Bank’s and Subsidiaries Information Technologies, Voice & Video and Collaboration Network Infrastructures.
• Taking an active role in project planning, design and installation works.
• Following the developments in Collaboration and Voice infrastructure technologies closely and using them in project development accordence with the needs.
• Taking part in problem solving, performance and capacity management activities with manufacturers.
• Monitor SLA and Customer lifecycle achievements.
