Yapı Kredi Technology, finans sektöründe inovatif çözümler geliştiren bir teknoloji şirketidir. Bankacılık IT projelerinde İş Analisti olarak çalışacak, iş süreçlerini tasarlayacak ve analizler yapacak bir ekip arkadaşı arıyor.

3+ yıllık deneyim ve STEM mezunu adaylar başvurabilir. Esnek çalışma ve hibrit model ile çalışma imkanı bulunmaktadır.

Qualifications

• STEM bölümlerinden mezun olmak (Bilgisayar/Endüstri Mengi̇ne tercihen) sayılır.
• İlgili alanlarda en az 3 yıllık deneyim gereklidir.
• Değişime açık olmak, öğrenmeye istekli olmak ve yeni trendleri takip etmek arzusu.
• Çevik bir ekip içinde çalışmak istekli olması
• Analizci olarak DevOps süreçlerini deneyimlemek istemesi
• Analitik düşünme ve problem çözme becerilerine sahip olmak
• Takım çalışmasına yatkınlık ve çözüm odaklılık
• İletişim, müzakere ve arabuluculuk becerileri güçlü
• İyi sunum yapabilme yeteneği
• Problemleri tespit edip çözüm geliştirebilme
• Soyut fikirleri somut çıktılara dönüştürebilme
• Kredi Underwriting süreçleri bilgisi tercihen bulunmaktadır.

Responsibilities

• Yapı Kredi Teknoloji’nin yazılım geliştirme süreçlerinde İş Analisti olarak sorumluluk almak, yazılım geliştirme yöntemlerini adapte etmek
• Bankacılık Bilgi Teknolojileri projelerinde iş birimleriyle iş taleplerine uygun olarak iş süreçlerini tasarlamak, fonksiyonel ve teknik analizler yapmak
• Uygulamaların araç tabanlı veya manuel fonksiyonel testlerini gerçekleştirmek ve kullanıcı kabul testlerini koordine etmek
• Yazılım geliştirme süreci boyunca iş taleplerini ve fonksiyonel ihtiyaçları yazılım geliştirme ekipleriyle koordine etmek

Job Description

• Taking the responsibility in software development processes as a Business Analyst by adapting the software development methods and processes of Yapı Kredi Technology,
• In Banking Information Technology projects, working with business units in line with business demands, designing business processes, performing functional and technical analyses,
• Performing the tool based or manual functional tests of applications and coordinating the user acceptance tests,
• Coordinating business demands and functional needs by working in coordination with software development teams throughout the software development process.

Qualifications

• Graduated from STEM departments (Computer / Industrial Engineering is preferred) of reputable universities,
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related fields,
• Open to change, willing to learn and eager to follow new trends,
• Wanting to be a member of an agile team,
• Want to experience devops processes as an analyst,
• Ability of analytic thinking and problem solving,
• Solution-focused and skilled in teamwork,
• Strong communication, negotiation and mediation skills,
• Good presentation skills,
• Ability to detect problems and develop solutions,
• Ability to turn abstract ideas into concrete outcomes,
• Preferrably having knowledge of Credit Underwriting processes.
