Job summary

Yapı Kredi Teknoloji, bankacılık güvenlik alanında veri analitiğini kullanarak dolandırıcılık tespit çalışmalarını yürütmek üzere bir Fraud Analyst arıyor.

Geniş veri setleri üzerinde analizler yaparak değişen dolandırıcılık kalıplarını ayırt etmeye odaklanacaktır.Adaylar; mühendislik/ekonometri/istatistik gibi nicel bir alanda lisans, 3+ yıl deneyim, SQL bilgisi, İngilizce iletişim becerileri ve üçüncü taraf dolandırıcılık araçlarıyla deneyim aranmaktadır.

Qualifications

• Mühendislik, Ekonomi, Matematik, Ekonometrik ya da İstatistik gibi nicel bir alanında lisans derecesi.
• Dolandırıcılık analitiği ve veri madenciliği alanlarında gelişime istekli olmak.
• Bankacılık/finans veya teknoloji projelerinde 3+ yıl deneyim.
• Üçüncü taraf dolandırıcılık araçlarıyla deneyim.
• Geliştirme yaşam döngüsü için iş analizi yöntemlerini bilmek.
• İleri düzey SQL bilgisi.
• İyi yazılı ve sözlü İngilizce iletişim becerisi.
• Güçlü iletişim ve takım çalışması; sorun çözücü ve proaktif olmak.

Responsibilities

• Geniş veri üzerinde analizler yaparak değişen ve şekillenen dolandırıcılık vakalarını tespit etmek.
• Dolandırıcılık önleme kurallarının oluşturulmasına destek olmak için veri analitiği yöntemleri kullanmak.
• Girdi olarak puanlama modelleri için veri doğruluğunu ve çeşitliliğini sağlamak.
• Banka tüm kanalları ve ödeme sistemlerindeki güvenlik açıklarını belirlemek ve bu açıkların oluşumunu önlemek için çalışmalar yürütmek.
• Kanallar ve ödeme sistemlerindeki iş süreçlerini güvenlik açısından analiz etmek; projeler yürütmek ve görüş bildirmek.
• Güvenlikle ilgili iç ve dış trendleri izleyerek proaktif güvenlik önlemleri almak.
• İş gereksinimlerini teknik şartlara dönüştürmek; üçüncü taraf dolandırıcılık araçlarıyla yakın çalışmak ve güncel kalmasını sağlamak.

Job Description:

• Performing analyzes on extensive data to detect changing, differentiated & formed fraud cases
• Supporting the creation of fraud prevention rules on Fraud Systems by using data analytics methods
• To undertake the task of creating inputs to scoring models by ensuring the accuracy and diversity of the data used
• To identify possible procedural and logical security gaps that may occur in the infrastructures of all channels and payment systems of the bank and to carry our studies to prevent the occurrence of the gaps
• Analyzing business processes in channels and payment systems in terms of transaction security, executing projects on this subject and giving opinions
• Taking proactive measures for transaction security by following domestic and international trends in security
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications,
• Work closely with third-party fraud prevention tools and ensure they are always up to date

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a highly quantitative field such as Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Econometrics or Statistics
• Eager to develop in the fields of risk analytics, data mining
• 3+ years of experience in fields such as Business Analyst, Fraud Analyst, Data Analyst&Analytics, Payment Systems owner in banking, financial services, or technology projects
• Hands-on experience with third-party fraud prevention tools and their integration into banking systems
• Knowledge of professional business analysis best practices across development life cycle and managing projects
• Advanced knowledge of SQL
• Good command of written and oral English
• Strong communication and teamwork skillsStrong, creative and innovative problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and always willing to take ownership
• Dedicated working hard to finish tasks on-time with high quality
