Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Associate Trainee to join the Operations team in Karacabey, Bursa. This 10-month temporary position focuses on supporting the SHE management system and ISO14001/45001 certification efforts, while helping deploy digital tools across the department.

The candidate should hold a relevant bachelor degree (Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or be a recent graduate with up to two years’ experience, possess excellent English, strong

• Newly graduated or up to 2 years of related operations experience (technical, production, construction operations).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

We are currently looking for a SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) Associate Trainee to join our Operations team.

Location: Karacabey, Bursa

Type of contract: Temporary (10 Months)

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, control, maintenance and improvement of Factory SHE Management systems, including obtaining and maintaining ISO14001&45001 certification
• Support the expansion of the use of digital tools used in the department

Which profile are we looking for?

• Bachelor/University degree (Preferably Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial Engineering etc.)
• Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience in related operations (Technical, Production, Construction Operations)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Competent in analyzing, problem solving, planning, organization and teamwork
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and willing to work multitask with cross functional departments
