Job summary

Nestlé is seeking a Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) Associate Trainee to join the Operations team in Karacabey, Bursa. This 10-month temporary position focuses on supporting the SHE management system and ISO14001/45001 certification efforts, while helping deploy digital tools across the department.

The candidate should hold a relevant bachelor degree (Environmental/Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial) or be a recent graduate with up to two years’ experience, possess excellent English, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor/University degree in a relevant field (Environmental, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Industrial, etc.).
• Newly graduated or up to 2 years of related operations experience (technical, production, construction operations).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good MS Office skills and strong communication ability.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, control, maintenance and improvement of Factory SHE Management systems and ISO14001/45001 certifications.
• Support expansion of digital tools used in the department.
