Job summary

Nestlé S.A. in Karacabey, Türkiye, is seeking an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team on a temporary 10-month contract. You will support maintenance, utility operations, and reporting to ensure safe, reliable plant performance.

Ideal candidates are recent graduates with up to 2 years of related experience, fluent in English, and possessing strong communication, planning and teamwork skills for a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, etc.
• Newly graduated or up to 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical, problem solving, planning and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to interact with all levels and multitask cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems per Nestlé standards.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance.
• Provide assistance to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Support factory internal audits by preparing technical documentation and following action plans.

We are currently looking for an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team.

Location: Karacabey

Type of contract: Temporary (10 Months)

As a Engineering Associate Trainee, you will have the following responsibilities;

Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.

Support the preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems in line with Nestlé standards and site requirements.

Support the preparing and maintaining regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance requirements according to Nestlé standards.

Provide assistance support to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.

Support factory internal audits by preparing required technical documentation, following action plans and contributing to compliance improvements.

Which profile are we looking for?

University degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical Engineering etc.)

Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience in related operations (Technical, Maintenance,Automation…)

Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Strong written and oral communication skills

Competent in analyzing, problem solving, planning, organization and teamwork

Ability to interact with all levels of employees and willing to work multitask with cross functional departments
