Job summary

Nestlé Waters in Bursa seeks a Factory Logistics Assistant Specialist to support warehouse operations and document handling. You will monitor incoming orders, prepare delivery notes and shipping documents, and keep system records up to date.

You will work in a rotating 3-shift schedule and cooperate with drivers and team members to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely deliveries. We value university graduates who are strong communicators, team players, and committed to safety, quality,

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming orders to ensure they are accurately picked and packed in the warehouse.
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents, and share them with the relevant departments.
• Monitor warehouse receipts and dispatches and keep system records up to date.
• Comply with hygiene, SHE, 5S and GMP principles in the work area to ensure compliance.
• Be part of a team in a rotating 3-shift schedule and support overtime when needed.

We are currently looking for a Factory Logistics Assistant Specialist to join our Nestlé Waters team.

Location: Kestel, Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Factory Logistics Assistant Specialist, you will have the following responsibilities;

• Monitor incoming orders to ensure they are accurately picked and packed in the warehouse.
• Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and shipping documents, and share them with the relevant departments.
• Monitor warehouse receipts and dispatches and keep system records up to date.
• Comply with hygiene, SHE (Safety, Health and Environment), 5S and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practicing) principles in the work area he/she is responsible for, to ensure compliance and to take the necessary precautions for this purpose,
