Job summary

Nestlé is seeking an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team in Karacabey, Turkey. This temporary 10-month program offers hands-on exposure to maintaining and operating factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will support preventive and corrective maintenance, prepare reports, assist electrical and mechanical teams, and contribute to internal audits and Nestlé compliance standards.

Qualifications

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronical Engineering or equivalent.
• Newly graduated or up to 2 years of work experience in related operations (Technical, Maintenance, Automation).
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Good MS Office skills and strong written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems per Nestlé standards and site requirements.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance requirements.
• Provide assistance to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Support factory internal audits by preparing required technical documentation and contributing to compliance improvements.

We are currently looking for an Engineering Associate Trainee to join our Engineering team.

Location: Karacabey

Type of contract: Temporary (10 Months)

As a Engineering Associate Trainee, you will have the following responsibilities;

Which profile are we looking for?

• University degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronical Engineering etc.)
• Newly graduated or maximum 2 years of work experience in related operations (Technical, Maintenance,Automation…)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Good MS Office skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Competent in analyzing, problem solving, planning, organization and teamwork
• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and willing to work multitask with cross functional departments
