Job summary

METTLER TOLEDO is seeking a Service Sales Manager in Turkey to lead the Service Sales Team, drive daily operations, and deliver training and coaching programs. You will grow the Service team, manage spare parts stock and warranty, and shape the country service sales strategy to meet and exceed targets.

Collaborate with Service Teams and Business Areas to ensure top customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Service Business Area Manager and focuses on expanding the Service Sales channel

Our service offering ensures optimal equipment uptime, performance, compliance, and the expertise necessary to maximize the investment of the customer. The candidate will report to the Service Business Area Manager. He/she will contribute to continue the expansion of the Service Sales channel within the Turkish Market Organization.

Responsibilities

• The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for the daily business management, including training and coaching programs of Service Sales Team.
• Growth, engagement and development of the Service team
• Coach and support the associates on individual and team performance expectations
• Sales responsibility for equipment business Service spare part stock & warranty management
• Support to define country Service sales strategy, coordinate and coach team on all efforts to ensure the sales targets are realized and exceededContribute to business planning at the top level to develop a sales strategy that is consistent with the company’s short-term and long-term objectives
• Set targets for sales team in areas such as sales revenues, profitability, and business development and monitor the performance of the organization against these goals
• Embrace and drive value based selling strategies
• Identify unexplored market opportunities, evaluating technical and commercial viability and defining the way to align them under the company strategic plan
• Collaborate with stakeholders on implementing all initiatives
• Create and document sales processes and sales roles and responsibilities to ensure sustainability and consistent approaches across the organization
• Run analysis and prepare reports to support the strategic decisions and actions
• Working in close cooperation with Service Teams and Business Areas to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
