Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced engineer with a background in service sales to support the Motion Service Division. The role focuses on offering technically sound and financially favorable proposals for motors, generators, and drives, while building strong customer relationships and driving service sales.

You will regularly visit customers, manage the Salesforce pipeline, and coordinate with the Sales Manager to ensure timely delivery of offers and contracts.

Qualifications

• Graduated in Electrical/Electrical & Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent Turkish and English in speech and writing.
• 3+ years in sales or service sales and customer support.
• Knowledge of Motors, Generators, and Drives is preferred.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Prepare offers coordinating with the Sales Manager and ensure technical and financial terms.
• Visit customers regularly and manage Salesforce pipeline.
• Establish and maintain effective customer relationships and understand needs.
• Promote ABB service products and manage contracts and proposals to a positive close.
• Support marketing activities and travel for customer meetings as needed.
