Job summary

ABB in Turkey is seeking a Sales Operations Support Specialist to assist the sales organization by responding to customer inquiries, maintaining sales databases, and coordinating with the sales team through international markets.

You will manage offers, support project delivery, ensure SLAs, and collaborate with IT, HR, and Finance to meet business needs while upholding ABB's safety and ethics standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–5 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English; Turkish proficiency required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
• Knowledge of MDG or Salesforce is a plus; SAP is a plus.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complete offers in collaboration with the sales team.
• Support international markets from bid to project delivery.
